You will join Transaction Banking Business Management in Copenhagen as part of Danske Bank’s global graduate programme for top students with a desire to make an impact.

TxB Business Management is placed at the intersection between two of Danske Bank’s business units: Corporates & Institutions (C&I), which works with Danske Bank’s largest corporate and institutional clients, and Business Banking that serves the business customers of the bank. You will be joining a community of dedicated employees who help our customers make and execute on big financial decisions as well as daily banking decisions.

Your 18-month programme will consist of three six-month rotations including one international rotation outside Denmark. In TxB Business Management you will work with the exponential development in the financial industry, with a special focus on digitisation. This role also gives you the opportunity to engage directly with our customers.

Analytical mindset and a passion for data
You graduate with a master’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or similar before 1 September 2017. Your academic degree has provided you with strong analytical and financial competencies. You expect to graduate top of your class and probably have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship. You are highly interested in current trends in the financial markets and curious to learn.

You have great communication skills – also in English. Scandinavian language skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
